Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and reschedules are permitted with 24 hour notice. Less than 24 hours notice is as follows: During your package if you late cancel, you will not be able to reschedule the late cancel session and will have lost the session. If you purchased a single session, you will not be given a refund or credit. You can reschedule within 7 days AFTER you pay the WOW CANCELLATION fee. Please refer to your policy acknowledgment. NO EXCEPTIONS.
